JOSH BROST HOMES
Josh Brost is a real estate professional currently serving the Madison and Dane County areas. He approached Tall House Media in search of a logo that would reflect his new territory. We worked to create a logo that would provide the foundation for his success and reflect the core purpose of the National Association of REALTORS® (his member organization): help its members become more profitable and successful. Josh Brost's new logo works to not only set him apart from other young realtors but to showcase his credibility in the profession as well.
After working with Josh to determine his needs and desires for a logo, there was one element that really stood out: the incorporation of the Wisconsin State Capitol building. One of the most iconic and recognizable buildings in Madison, the State Capitol was the ideal focal point for the logo.
When a potential client views Josh Brost's logo, they can easily identify the area in which he will be serving, creating a sense of familiarity. This allows for an immediate connection between himself and potential homeowners. The graphic illustration of the Capitol Building paired with a classic, yet sleek font helps Josh's logo standout from others. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, it was important we incorporated the accreditation into the logo as well.
